Job Description:
Sphere Solutions are looking for an experienced Maintenance Handyman/woman with a strong background of plumbing. We are working with a busy contractor across Southampton who look after student accommodation units and require the correct candidate to have the following:
Requirements:
* Must have a van (you will be required to transport washing machines with your van)
* Must have proven plumbing experience, such as:
* changing shower heads, reconnect and disconnecting utility appliances
* Changing door handles
* Small painting tasks
* Minor electrics, such as changing light bulbs etc.
* Own tools for plumbing, painting and small maintenance repairs are essential
Pay:
£20/hour CIS
Working hours:
08:30 - 16:30, Mon - Fri, 1 in 3 Saturdays
