The opportunity
This is a front-line FM Quality role on a live healthcare site, sitting on site with the client. The client knows exactly what they need, is highly engaged, and expects a Quality lead who understands the realities of delivering Hard Services in a regulated environment - ideally with PFI contract exposure.
Youll be the go-to Quality lead for the FM service, driving compliance, continuous improvement, audits, reporting and performance across the contract.
What youll be doing
* Owning and improving the Quality Management System across the Hard FM service
* Leading audits, inspections and compliance activity (internal, client and external)
* Managing non-conformances, corrective/preventative actions and root-cause investigations
* Producing clear, credible quality reporting and performance insights
* Supporting operational teams to embed quality into day-to-day delivery
* Working closely with the on-site client team to align expectations, standards and outcomes
What were looking for (essentials)
Were holding out for someone with credible FM + Quality experience who can operate confidently in a healthcare setting.
* Quality management experience within Facilities Management
* Strong Hard Services knowledge (essential)
* Healthcare FM experience (essential)
* Recognised ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification (or working towards) (essential)
* Able to work closely with a well-informed, hands-on client team
Strong advantage:
* Exposure to PFI contracts
