The role: Oversee HR policies, ensuring full compliance with employment legislation across NI and ROI. Track legislative and policy adherence, highlighting risks and supporting remedial actions. Prepare accurate HR reports, metrics and data to inform organisational decision-making. Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a fair, inclusive and positive candidate journey. Serve as the initial point of contact for employee relations issues, escalating complex cases when necessary. Support wellbeing, engagement and learning initiatives, including CPD coordination. Manage HR systems and records, maintaining GDPR standards and accurate payroll and audit information. The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: Third-level qualification in Human Resources with HR administrative experience in the NI or ROI public sector. Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels. Experience using HR Information Systems, with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office. High levels of discretion when handling confidential information, and a full driving licence.
