Project / Site Manager High-End Bespoke New Builds Location: Petersfield Guildford (A3 Corridor) Engagement: Self-Employed or Employed (Open to Discussion) Rate / Salary: Competitive (DOE) Solent Construction Recruitment Ltd are working with a respected client delivering high-end bespoke residential new build projects across the A3 corridor. We are seeking an experienced Project / Site Manager who genuinely gets building someone who understands how things should be built, not just how they look on a programme or spreadsheet. This role would suit an individual who may be fed up withexcessive red tape, and box-ticking, and instead wants to focus on quality delivery, sensible planning, and well-run sites. The Role: Oversee day-to-day site operations on high-end residential projects Manage subcontractors and direct labour Ensure works are delivered to a high standard of quality Monitor and manage site budgets and costs Understand and control site finances, variations, and labour spend Programme works and report progress to directors/clients Maintain strong client-facing communication Ensure H&S compliance and smooth site operations Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager / Project Manager Strong understanding of residential construction from groundworks through to completion Financial awareness of site costs, labour, and budgets Ability to plan works realistically and efficiently Confident communicator with clients and trades Passion for delivering quality builds This is a long-term opportunity with a quality-focused builder who values common sense, experience, and pride in workmanship over corporate processes. ??
