Senior Site Manager required for a fit out / refurbishment project in the Abingdon area. The Senior Site Manager will be overseeing fit out / refurbishment projects across the Oxfordshire area. The Senior Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. The Senior Site Manager will ideally have worked on fast paced fit out / refurbishment projects in the past. The Senior Site Manager duties will be but not limited to client liaison, technical oversight, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
