HR Administrator\n\nRemote-Based (Travel Required Across the UK)\n £27,000 – £30,000, Full-Time, Permanent\n CIPD Support Offered and Mileage & Expenses Paid\n\nWe’re working with a people-focused organisation who are looking for a proactive and flexible HR Administrator to join their team in a varied role that blends remote working with occasional travel to support staff across multiple UK locations.\n\nWhat makes this role different?\n\nYou’ll be a key admin point for HR and payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate coordination between outsourced payroll providers and internal systems. This is a vital role — sitting at the forefront of HR and payroll admin operations.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\nManaging the HR inbox and responding to employee queries (e.g. sick days, leave entitlement, onboarding)\nProcessing starters, leavers, and changes to employee details\nCoordinating with external payroll providers, ensuring all info is supplied accurately and on time\nSupporting meetings (e.g.
