Start Date: Permanent, full-time role commencing January 2026. The Opportunity & Contract Profile Join the operational leadership team of a large, Outstanding academy in Kent. This pivotal role requires strategic planning and hands-on management to ensure the extensive school estate is maintained to the highest safety and functional standards. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Operational Leadership: Overall management of premises staff, contractor liaison, and premises budgeting. Compliance & Safety: Full responsibility for H&S compliance, fire safety, and managing all statutory inspections. Facilities Management: Overseeing reactive and planned maintenance projects and managing site security protocols.
