Job Description
My client is seeking for a proactive HR Manager (part-time) to support their HR function during a period of transition. The role involves strengthening HR processes, embedding a new HR system and supporting HR administrators.
* Temporary – 4 Months, (Potential to Extend)
* Hybrid – Primarily Remote (1 day on-site per week)
* Hours: 25-30 per week, part-time
* Salary: £20.50 per hour
* Sector: Charity / Education preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Support HR administrators with HR processes
* Verify and quality-check HR data
* Support recruitment, on boarding, and induction
* Update HR policies and ensure compliance
* Establish HR audit procedures (safer recruitment, equality, absence management, training)
* Support pay and contract reviews
* Provide generalist HR advice and manage ER cases
Candidate Profile:
* Experienced HR generalist at HR Manager level
* Hands-on, collaborative, and happy to coach HR administrators
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, governance, and compliance
* Charity or education sector experience advantageous
