We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Site Manager based in and around the Bristol/ Melksham areas.
Day to Day:
The work will involve day to day management of social housing sites in the Bristol/ Melksham areas. All site are installing renewable energy sources and require an understanding around social housing, working in tenanted properties.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
* SMSTS
* First aid certificate
* Experience of day-to-day management of a site & subbies
* Social housing maintenance experience desirable
* Experience of decarbonisation projects - EWI, Air source heat pumps, Solar PV installs desirable.
* Technical building knowledge essential
* Previous experience of managing multiple trades on site
* H&S, RAMs, Toolbox talk experience
