This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship management and enjoys being the go-to person for all things HR.
As HR Manager, you’ll lead people operations across Bravo Investment House’s growing property portfolio, including The Quarters by Bravo (our serviced living and aparthotel brand) and new projects as we expand. This is an on-site, hands-on management role where you’ll balance day-to-day delivery with strategic input — shaping a high-performing, people-first culture across multiple sites.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team, support General Managers, and build strong relationships at every level. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, your expertise will help us create an inclusive, positive workplace where people thrive.
What you’ll do:
* Lead HR operations across multiple sites
* Own recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
* Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement
* Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures
* Support talent development and succession planning
What we’re looking for:
* Experienced HR Manager (property, hospitality or similar sector preferred)
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and HR systems
* Excellent communicator and relationship builder
