Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading social housing contractor based in the London area who are looking for a highly skilled Site Manager to join their team in Chichester on a temporary basis.
Day to Day duties of the Site Manager:
1. Deliver the planned works project and SHDF works on social housing properties
2. Works will consist of a external and SHDF works (Windows, doors, air-source heat pumps, solar panels etc..)
3. General oversight of trades operatives and subcontractors ensuring health & safety is followed on site.
4. Carry out toolbox talks
5. Ensure targets are met to a high standard and within time/budgets
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
6. SMSTS
7. First Aid
8. Manual driving licence
9. Minimum of 2 years managing trades onsite
10. Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the industry
11. Social housing planned maintenance experience
