Job Overview: You will play a vital part in our aftersales experience, engaging with customers to drive contract and warranty sales while supporting their ongoing service needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Initial After-Sales Contact: Act as the first point of contact for new customers post-purchase, introducing support options and building long-term relationships
Contract & Warranty Upselling: Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling service contracts and extended warranties within pre-agreed guidelines
Customer Liaison: Be the link between the customer and our service team, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution
Service Support: Assist with customer queries, service control coordination, and end-user training bookings
Customer Retention: Support existing customers with their ongoing service needs, contributing to retention and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong commercial awareness with a sales-first mindset
Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Skilled in identifying upsell opportunities and closing sales
