About the role
We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy working environment. You will be responsible for various recruitment tasks as well as incoming calls and emails, supporting the wider HR team.
The successful candidate may be required to travel between sites, but mainly based at our Sandycroft Site. If you are willing to learn and have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, we will provide the required training for you to be successful. For those who perform particularly well and wish to develop further, there is opportunity for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers and the wider HR team to understand role requirements and create recruiting strategies
* Sourcing and qualifying internal and external candidates through a variety of platforms
* Screen CV's, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on skill sets and company culture and values.
* Manage all candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
* Prepare and issue job offers, and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
* Support onboarding activities by coordination with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting/administrative roles.
* Strong ability to assess candidates through CV reviews and interviewing techniques
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel etc) for tracking recruitment and hiring processes
