Site Manager - Essex - New Build School
A leading main contractor is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager for a new build school project in Essex. The project is due to start on site in April 2026 and complete in Summer 2028.
Reporting to a site‑based Project Manager, the successful Site Manager will oversee certain areas of the build, organise relevant trade subcontractors and liaise with the client.
Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth on‑site construction process
* Manage all site labour and subcontractors
* Manage the programme and minimise/eliminate potential programme delays
* Maintain a strong understanding of H&S requirements and regulations
Relevant qualification and tickets: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
