With continued growth across our Midlands region, we’re seeking a delivery-driven Site Manager to play a key role within our operations team. Working closely with the Operations team and wider delivery team, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, and programme delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing site teams and daily supervision of subcontractors for both operations and our teams performing at their very best, whilst working in accordance with the continuation programme.
* Monitoring performance against targets.
* Ensuring Safety and compliance are paramount.
* Maintaining strict quality control procedures.
* Establish a best practice where teams are motivated, and excellence is the goal.
What we’re looking for:
* A Construction management related qualification.
* A valid CSCS card
* SMSTS qualified
* Competent in H&S practice
