professional to lead effective people management practices across our
business. You’ll play a key role in shaping culture, ensuring legal compliance,
and driving strategic HR initiatives that support growth and employee
wellbeing.
What you’ll do:
* Be a
trusted advisor to managers and employees
* Lead
on employee relations providing support at all stages of the employee
lifecycle
* Ensure
compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice
* Develop
and maintain HR policies, systems, and metrics
* Support
recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
* Champion
diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
* CIPD
Level 5 (or equivalent)
* 5+
years’ progressive HR experience
* Strong
UK employment law knowledge
* Excellent
communication and problem-solving skills
* Empathetic,
detail-focused, and driven to deliver
