We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-track retail fit out project in Swindon. The contract is for a well-known high street retailer and will commence mid-June, running for approximately 10 weeks.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing retail fit outs, preferably for Marks & Spencer (M&S) or similar national retail brands. This is a standalone role and will require a proactive, organised, and safety-conscious manager to deliver on time and to high standards.
Key Requirements:

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification – essential.

Demonstrable experience delivering retail fit out projects independently.
*
Experience working on M&S projects is highly desirable.
*
Strong leadership and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage subcontractors, ensure site safety, and drive programme.
