North Bradley C.E. Primary School is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic catering manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the school's catering services, ensuring a high‑quality and professional service is provided to pupils, staff, and private clients. You will also need to ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times. You will be responsible for all aspects of meal planning and ensuring all dietary requirements and nutritional standards are met.
You will need to promote the use of, and generate income through, the catering services on behalf of the school and to respond to all associated issues. Our school currently provides around 300 meals per day, providing meals for our own children and 2 other local schools.
We offer a supportive and caring staff, and delightful, well‑mannered children. The successful applicant must be prepared to study a minimum Level 2 NVQ alongside the role.
Qualifications
* A good standard of knowledge and skills in catering work.
* Level 2 food hygiene and safety certificate.
* Level 2 food allergy awareness.
* Knowledge of food hygiene procedures.
* Good communication, teamwork, and staff supervisory skills.
