Job Title: Site Manager

Your Responsibilities:
7. Managing the development to maintain and deliver the build programme in accordance with budgets and forecasts. Ensuring that the final product is to the company standard
8. Full responsibility and control of all site staff and sub-contractors including labour only groundworkers/contractors, ensuring that all employees comply with Health and Safety standards
9. Liaison with head office, NHBC and local authority departments
10. Timely ordering of materials ensuring the build programme can be achieved
11. Ensure all NHBC inspections are carried out as required
12. Carry out hand over inspection of properties to the customers in accordance with our customer care procedures
13. Complete as soon as practicably possible any customer care defects raised in conjunction with our customer care team
14. Actively encourage a philosophy of safety, progress, quality and innovation
Required Skills:
15. Previous experience as a Site Manager working on high volume new build housing development.
16. Must have extensive knowledge and experience of managing labour only groundworkers/contractors.
17. Full UK driving licence
18. Excellent knowledge of construction build programmes
19. Strong commercial awareness
20. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes
21. Experience of successfully achieving customer service requirements
22. Awareness of codes of practice that impact on Construction matters e.g. NHBC, Building Regs, etc.
23. It is mandatory that you are able to use Zutec and Digital plot books
