Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Rochdale for a Sales Executive. In this role, you will assist customers throughout their car‑buying journey, offering expert vehicle knowledge and guidance tailored to individual needs. You will qualify customer needs, deliver personalized experiences, maintain a no‑pressure sales approach, facilitate test drives and support customer transactions. You will also help manage part‑exchange processes and ensure a seamless handover experience, all while contributing to the overall sales performance and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in customer service, communication, and relationship building
* Experience in automotive sales or a similar environment is preferred but not essential
* Strong negotiation, sales, and persuasion abilities
* Organizational and time‑management skills to multitask and meet sales targets
* Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and market trends
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Proficiency in basic computer usage and familiarity with CRM software
* Valid UK driving licence is required
