This Position reports to:
Marketing & Sales Manager
In this role you will have the opportunity to drive and implement marketing and sales activities for the Electrical Distribution market in line with the agreed sales strategy. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor segment performance.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: #onsite
* Promote and sell ELIP products to Electrical Distributors, and related partners, achieving agreed sales targets.
* Build strong customer relationships through effective engagement, training, and after-sales support in collaboration with internal teams.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance on product specifications, ensuring high standards of technical excellence and customer confidence.
* Support issue resolution by working closely with Quality and Service teams to communicate risks and implement mitigation plans.
* Develop and execute local product marketing and business development strategies aligned with global ELIP objectives.
* Manage sales performance across assigned contractors, consultants, and distributors, supporting joint calls, events, and channel activity.
* Deliver product, application, and CPD training to customers, driving knowledge sharing and sales effectiveness.
* Monitor market trends, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular sales performance updates to local management.
Qualifications for the Role
* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the industry or targeted market segments
* Ideally have an applicable engineering or electrical qualification relative to the target segments and audience.
* Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
* Ability to deliver technical and product presentations to potential clients.
* Possess knowledge of the marketplace and customers along with knowledge of electrical standards, product application and competitor’s offerings.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong IT proficiency (CRM Systems, Microsoft Office)
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
