We are looking for a Weekend Cook to join our kitchen team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives during busy breakfast services and enjoys working with fresh ingredients to produce delicious dishes. The Role As part of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our breakfast-led menu, alongside a selection of popular lunch dishes. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient service while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organisation. Key Responsibilities Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes to a high standard Ensuring the kitchen is fully set up and ready for service Working efficiently during busy service periods Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards Supporting stock control, portioning, and minimising waste Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly Communicating effectively with front and back of house teams What We're Looking For Experience working in a caf, breakfast kitchen, or similar environment A passion for fresh, well-presented food Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure Strong teamwork and communication skills A reliable and positive attitude Availability to work weekends on a permanent basis What We Offer Competitive hourly rate.
