Inspire Leisure is on the lookout for driven, ambitious, and personable Sales Executive to join our award-winning five-star holiday park, Springhouse, located just 15 minutes from the beautiful market town of Hexham, Northumberland. As part of our close-knit team, you’ll be helping customers find their dream holiday home while maximising the exciting sales potential of our boutique park. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about lifestyle sales and the holiday park sector.

About the Role
As our new Holiday Home Sales Executive, you’ll be:
* Building and nurturing customer relationships
* Generating and following up on sales leads
* Promoting available holiday homes and park facilities
* Closing deals and hitting targets
* Staying up to date with local market trends to shape your sales approach
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year’s sales experience in the holiday park or leisure industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, motivated, and target-driven
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
Weekend availability is essential (2 days off midweek)
Temporary on-park accommodation available for the right candidate
