With an OTE of £37k and uncapped commission, this position offers a lucrative opportunity for motivated individuals. Based in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire, we're seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven Sales Executive to join our close-knit team.

Who are you?

You're an energetic, results-oriented sales professional with a knack for building strong relationships. You possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. While experience in digital marketing isn't essential, a successful track record in sales is a must. If you have experience in sales within a digital marketing agency, you may qualify for the higher end of our salary bracket. You're a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You are eager to learn, and you'll work closely with our Creative Director, who will offer guidance and support, leveraging their industry connections to assist in your success.

Responsibilities

* Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
* Utilise our CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
* Prepare customised proposals and quotations for prospective clients.
* Collaborate with our Creative Director to strategise and close deals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
* May attend meetings, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's offerings.

Skills

* Proven 2 years experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
* Familiarity with CRM software (any) for managing customer relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail in preparing proposals and maintaining records.
* Experience within the digital marketing sector or at a digital marketing agency is advantageous but not essential.

Commission Structure

Our highly rewarding, uncapped tiered commission structure increases the more you sell each month with OTE of £37k.

Job Type:

Salary:
£26, £32,000.00 per year, based on skills and experience. On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £37,000.00 and uncapped commission.
