Reception & Business Support Officer Permanent, 35 hours per week MonThurs 8:30am4:30pm, Fri 8:30am1:00pm. £25,000 per annum Job Purpose: Were looking for a dynamic and approachable Reception & Business Support Officer to be the face and backbone of our office! Youll be the go-to person for everything from greeting visitors with a smile to providing vital administrative support for our Health & Safety Manager and HR team. Whether youre organising events, managing schedules, or ensuring the smooth running of the office, youll be at the heart of our operations. This is a varied and fun role that will suit a proactive all-rounder with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude! Key responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors & staff, maintaining a welcoming front of house environment. Act as the first point of contact for any incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate staff member or handling queries professionally. Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety and HR department, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Organise internal functions, team meetings, and office events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Carry out general office duties. Including managing supplies, maintaining Health & Safety records & documentation and coordinating office maintenance. Support and coordinate Health & Safety and GDPR compliance. Assist the recruitment team with the advertising of roles across all platforms. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 6 months experience working in a similar role Minimum of 6 months experience using Microsoft Software eg.
