Administrative Assistant / Team Assistant
City of London | £28,000–£32,000 + Excellent Benefits | 4 Days in the Office
We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services firm to appoint an Administrative Assistant / Team Assistant to join their London office, supporting a busy and collaborative team of approximately 40 people alongside an experienced Team Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around one to three years' administrative experience who is looking to continue developing their career within a highly professional and fast-paced environment. You'll gain excellent exposure, work closely with experienced colleagues and become an integral part of a supportive team.
The Role
- Managing a shared inbox alongside the wider support team
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and scheduling across the team
- Booking UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Processing expenses and supporting day-to-day team administration
- Organising client meetings, lunches and internal events
- Meeting and welcoming clients and visitors
- Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are set up for the day
- Providing administrative support across the wider office and assisting with ad hoc projects
About You
- Around one to three years' administrative experience gained within a corporate or professional services environment
- Experience within legal, financial services, insurance, consulting, accounting or another professional services environment would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, positive and adaptable approach
- Confident communication skills and a professional manner
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working at pace
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and delivering a high standard of service
