An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join a growing team focused on driving strategic membership growth. This is a high-impact role, leading on membership acquisition and revenue generation, and managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to on-boarding. This is a full-time, permanent role which offers hybrid, flexible working. Part-time hours will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: * Lead on sales and income generation through acquiring new members * Working with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement a membership acquisition strategy * Manage the end-to-end on-boarding process, including due diligence and agreements * Maintain an effective sales pipeline * Report on pipeline progress, conversion rates, and identify opportunities for growth * Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth transition for new members * Provide line management and leadership to a small team, supporting their development * Work with marketing and other departments to support B2B campaigns * Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping using CRM and internal systems Requirements: * Proven experience in a B2B sales role * Strong leadership skills and experience managing small teams * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities * Confident working with CRM platforms (e.g., SalesForce) * Highly organised with st...
