Field Sales Executive – Leeds, Yorkshire

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)
Car allowance: £250 per month
Business travel: Paid
Responsibilities
* You’ll be out and about going door‑to‑door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
* You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
* You will drive your performance – hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
* Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally.
* You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.
Qualifications
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Motivated by working towards targets and results.
* Solid sales experience ideally in a face‑to‑face role and able to engage people and secure a yes.
* Friendly and confident, enjoys real conversations.
* Confident working solo, thrives on managing time and hitting targets in the field.
