Overview
A fast-growing PR and communications agency working with exciting brands across technology, lifestyle, and corporate sectors based in SE1. They are looking for a highly organised HR Administrator to support the HR Team and help maintain a positive and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
* Maintain employee records and update HR systems accurately
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
* Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
* Coordinate interviews and support recruitment administration
* Monitor holiday, absence, and other employee records
* Support payroll preparation with relevant HR data
* Respond to employee HR queries in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication
Requirements
* Previous experience in an HR administration or HR assistant role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
* A proactive, team-focused approach
Desirable
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
* Experience within an agency, creative, or communications environment
