Position Overview Ithaca Energy is accepting applications for the position of HR Administrator/Analyst, located in our Aberdeen Office. Reporting to the HR Team Lead, the HR Administrator/Analyst will provide administrative and data analysis support to the HR Department. Responsibilities Provide general administration support to the HR team including the preparation of letters and contracts, service award and probationary period management, employee communications and managing the HR email inbox. Maintain accurate employee records in both employee file and HR system. Support compliance efforts, ensuring records and procedures meet GDPR requirements Reporting of key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, absence and ad hoc reports as required. Support the HR Advisor and HR Business partner with absence management - medical referrals, recording and tracking. Coordinate new hire process - background screening, medicals and onboarding. Manage leaver process including exit interviews. Manage the coordination and payment of training courses and associated correspondence. Support the development of HR analytics and reporting capabilities Qualifications & Experience Experience of providing administrative support. Experience of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High level of proficiency in Microsoft office and HR software. Proficient in data management using HR systems and databases to manage employee information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting, including using Microsoft Excel to clean and analyse datasets. Ability to collect, analyse and interpret data to identify trends and insights. Excellent interpersonal skills are a key requirement as the job holder must be able to communicate and engage with all levels within the organisation. Must be discreet, diplomatic and treat information as highly confidential Strong prioritisation and organisation skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
