M&E Site Manager (2 Days per Week)
Location: Edinburgh
We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (2 days per week) for a project based in Edinburgh.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in managing mechanical and electrical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate M&E site activities

Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of workmanship
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
*
Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders
*
Monitor progress and report on site performance
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager or similar role
*
Strong background in mechanical and electrical installations
*
SMSTS certification (essential)
*
First Aid at Work certification (essential)
*
Good communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities effectively
