Sales Executive
* Annual Salary: £28,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission

My client is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in telesales, particularly within the B2B sectors such as Security, IT, Networking, or Telecommunication. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both new and existing client relationships, using a consultative sales approach to achieve monthly targets and company KPIs.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Offer a full consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers.
* Conduct outbound calling to potential leads to close sales over the phone.
* Use initiative to target new companies and proactively call businesses.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Manage daily account responsibilities and general sales administration.
* Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and company KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous telesales experience, preferably in a B2B environment in Security, IT, Networking, or Telecommunication fields.
* Proven experience in outbound calling and cold calling.
* Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly, using a consultative selling style.
* Sales-driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude and results-oriented.
* Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
