We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu Volvo Truro, representing one of the most respected and innovative brands in the automotive industry.
This role comes with a £25,000 basic salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, with realistic earnings well in excess of our £48,000 on‑target level, plus a company car and a comprehensive benefits package.

At Vertu Volvo Truro, we believe high performance shouldn’t come at the expense of work‑life balance. You’ll work a 40‑hour week across five 8‑hour shifts. While you’ll be in most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), you’ll enjoy a guaranteed weekday off, and with the dealership closed every Sunday, you can rely on a regular day to relax and recharge.
About The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a premium, end‑to‑end customer experience. From first enquiry to vehicle handover, you’ll guide customers through a smooth and enjoyable car‑buying journey, building trust, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
You’ll receive full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme, giving you the tools, confidence and support needed to maximise your performance and earning potential. You’ll be proud to represent a prestigious Volvo brand known for quality, safety and innovation, while working within a supportive, high‑performing team.
What we’re looking for
* A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
* Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rota
* A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
