Description Reporting the a Head of HR, this is a fast-paced generalist role, overseeing a small HR function. You will be responsible for the full people lifecycle including: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to management and employees. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with employment laws. Oversee employee relations, handling grievances and disciplinary processes as required. Support training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance.
