Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, customer facing sales, and/or estate agency experience.
As the first point of contact for all sales enquiries at our park, you will manage the complete holiday home sales process—from initial enquiry to post-sale follow-up—in line with the company's growth strategy, operational standards, and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities of Holiday Home sales through networking, inbound sales enquiries, and referrals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Schedule and conduct viewings, providing clear and helpful information to prospective buyers
* Utilise FLG (internal sales system) to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation
* Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Skills
* Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in a similar role
* Knowledge of a home selling/buying process
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving targets
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Please note that this role will require you to travel between 2 locations, so a driving license is essential.
