We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and support HR operations across multiple countries. This role combines strategic oversight with operational involvement and requires strong leadership, a collaborative mindset, and a hands-on approach to human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and support local HR teams across the region
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR processes
* Act as a trusted partner to managers in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
* Execute HR projects and harmonization initiatives at the regional level
* Manage HR administration and employee lifecycle activities in an assigned country
* Collaborate with internal HR stakeholders on policy development and process alignment
* Maintain effective communication across countries and within the HR community
Requirements:
* University degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
* At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international setting
* Proven leadership experience and ability to manage cross-country teams
* Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment legislation
* Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with works councils or unions is an advantage
