We're now looking for a professional, client-focused Receptionist with a passion for service and sales to be the welcoming face of our salon In Chiswick high road.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
* Manage appointment bookings, phone calls, and client enquiries
* Promote and recommend salon treatments and retail products
* Support the smooth running of the salon and reception area
* Maintain accurate client records and handle payments
* Uphold our high standards of organisation and presentation
About You
* Well-presented, confident, and customer-focused
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven sales or upselling experience (salon, spa, or retail background preferred)
* Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
* Flexible and reliable
* Must be able to work on a weekend
