Beauty receptionist job description

A Beauty Receptionist is a professional who serves as the first point of contact for clients arriving at a beauty salon, spa or other wellness facilities. Their key responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organised reception area. They are also responsible for promoting and selling beauty products. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a friendly personality are essential for this role.
