Post No. POSN005059 - Site Manager - St Julian's School Governors at St Julian's School. are looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead our site team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an improving school, with high expectations and aspirations to become an outstanding school with the autonomy to research and promote new ability to work well as part of a team, adopting a flexible approach as required. The School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive professional, who is a friendly and self-motivated team player, to lead our Site Team. Working hours are Monday to Thursday; 8.00a.m. to 4.00p.m and Friday 8.00a.m. to 3.30p.m. This role would be suitable for an exceptional candidate, who is committed to join a friendly and supportive team and who is willing to contribute to our positive and welcoming school ethos. You will have responsibility for - maintaining a safe and secure working environment for students, staff and visitors to the school. - to coordinate the day to day operations of the school site including caretakers, cleaning SLA and contractors on site. - Ensure that day to day Health & Safety issues and management on school sites are adhered to, promoting a safety conscious culture at St Julian's School. - Work closely with the Business Manager to ensure efficiency and value for money in all areas of the school site including site security, building maintenance and health & safety. - Assist with and improve the development of the site and its services.
