This growing distribution business is seeking a driven Customer Service Manager to lead their customer service function and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. The Role As Customer Service Manager, you will: Lead, support and develop a high-performing Customer Service Team Be a key ambassador for the brand, maintaining reputation and customer satisfaction Oversee order processing, inbound communications and CRM management Track, analyse and report on Customer Service KPIs to drive team success Identify retention opportunities and support account growth through proactive engagement Manage escalations, courier partner relationships and delivery performance Provide sales support to Key Accounts and nurture inbound leads Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance service efficiency & customer loyalty About You You will bring: 3 years' experience in a customer service role within a small business environment B2B distribution experience (advantageous) Strong CRM and order management skills; Sage 50 experience beneficial Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain organised under pressure in a fast-moving environment Confidence working with data - Excel proficiency is essential Languages such as French, German, Spanish or Italian would be a bonus!
