Job Title: Caretaker/Site Manager

Salary: £140 - £160 Per day
Job Duties:
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the school premises
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures and equipment
Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or emergencies
Coordinate and supervise external contractors for repairs and maintenance work
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes
Required Qualifications:
Health and Safety Compliant certification
Practical Skills in maintenance and repairs
Problem Solving abilities
Effective Communication skills
Strong Organisational skills
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent Time Management
Valid Driving Licence
Physical Fitness for manual labour tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a caretaker or site management role
Additional training in facilities management
Working Conditions:
The role may require working outdoors in various weather conditions. Some tasks involve physical exertion and may require lifting heavy objects. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to respond to emergencies or maintenance needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
