The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer should have:
11. Previous experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within transport and distribution or a similar sector.
12. A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
15. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
