The Role
You’ll support pupils across KS3 and KS4 who face challenges related to Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. Your role will include classroom support, delivering targeted intervention groups, and one-to-one mentoring to build self-esteem, social skills, and resilience.
Working closely with the SENCO, you'll help plan and adapt strategies for pupils, track progress, and contribute to a positive school experience for every child you support.
The Candidate
You’ll need a psychology or related degree and a strong interest in child development or mental health. A calm, empathetic approach is vital, and any experience with young people or SEN is a plus. Full training will be given.
