SEND Learning Mentor – Partner School in Northamptonshire Location: Northamptonshire Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Training Days Contract: Permanent | Start Date: September 2025 Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Northamptonshire to recruit a SEND Learning Mentor to join their Learning Support Team from September 2025. This is a permanent role focused on supporting the attendance and classroom engagement of students with SEND, particularly those facing social, emotional and mental health challenges. The school has strong attendance figures in line with the national average, but is committed to ongoing improvement and inclusive support strategies.
