Role: Sales Executive
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £50,000 basic salary + commission

With a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer partnership, the company works with leading organisations across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
You will:
* Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
* Research target accounts within Pharma, Biotech, and Life Sciences
* Book qualified meetings for senior sales team members
* Build and manage an active prospect pipeline
* Follow up on marketing-generated leads
* Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
* Develop a strong understanding of their services and solutions
* Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams
This is a high-activity role suited to someone with a strong work ethic, resilience, and a “hunter” mentality.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
* Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation
* Confident and professional in communication styles
* Comfortable handling objections and building rapport
* Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Experience using CRM systems
* Interest in technical or solution-based sales (Life Sciences experience a bonus but not essential)
