Working on behalf of our client based on a site in Barry. We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a long-term fire remediation project. Scope of Works The project includes fire safety remediation works such as compartmentation, fire stopping, cladding remediation, and associated upgrades within occupied and non-occupied buildings. Key Duties Managing day-to-day site operations and fire remediation works Supervising site teams and coordinating subcontractors Overseeing fire stopping, compartmentation, cladding remediation, and upgrade works Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Coordinating with Contracts Managers, SHEQ teams, and clients Maintaining project timelines and quality standards Producing site reports, progress updates, and RAMS Leading toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with current fire safety regulations What We Are Looking For in the Successful Candidate Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering fire remediation or fire safety works NVQ Level 6 (or higher) in Construction / Site Management Valid SMSTS CSCS Black (Manager) Card Fire Marshal / Fire Warden Certification First Aid at Work Industry-recognised trade background (e.g. carpentry, drylining, brickwork, fire stopping) Strong leadership and organisational skills Full UK driving licence Ability to manage trades, maintain site standards, and ensure safe working practices Desirable Experience Experience working on high-rise or occupied buildings Strong knowledge of current fire safety regulations and remediation standards Confident client-facing communication skills What Our Client can Offer £300 per day 3 year project Working hours: Monday Friday, 7:30am 4:30pm
