We are hiring !!! Reward Manager required by leading financial Services firm on 12 month FTC City London.
A leading, values-driven organisation is seeking a Reward Manager to support the delivery of core reward activities and play a central role in the annual remuneration cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong compensation, reward, and analytics expertise to make a meaningful impact in a high-performing HR function.
What you’ll do
* Lead and coordinate the annual remuneration review process, ensuring accurate data, timely delivery, and strong governance.
* Build initial budgeting models and conduct market data analysis to support decision-making.
* Provide expert reward guidance to managers, HR partners, and senior stakeholders.
* Maintain role evaluation frameworks and manage benchmarking databases and survey participation.
* Contribute to compensation projects and support the development of the broader reward strategy.
* Support HR reporting cycles, data modelling, and ensure accuracy across HR systems.
* Collaborate across HR on benefits, payroll, wellbeing, audits, and associated analytics.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics.
* Strong data management, analysis, and modelling skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge effectively.
* Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving capability.
