Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
* Access Anchor: Key holder duties, managing alarm systems, and securely locking up and opening the premises for morning/evening use.
* Maintenance Mechanic: Performing routine minor repairs (DIY, general upkeep), and managing external contractor access.
* Safety Sentinel: Conducting daily H&S checks specific to a primary environment and ensuring all external areas are safe and clean.
