New Homes Sales Executive – South West Division, Rowden Gate Development

Crest Nicholson has been building new homes for over 60 years and is firmly established as a leading developer with a passion for not just building homes, but creating vibrant sustainable communities.

We are currently looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our South West Division on our Rowden Gate Development in Chippenham, Wiltshire.

Rowden Gate is an exceptional collection of 2‑5 bedroom new homes set within a local country park.

Nestled in the charming market town of Chippenham, Rowden Gate offers homes surrounded by picturesque green spaces and tranquil landscapes.

What experience do I need?

New Homes Sales experience would be advantageous, however we will consider applicants from any sales/customer service backgrounds.


What type of people are we looking for?

You’ll naturally be a confident and charismatic character with the knowledge and experience of using your creativity and ability to think outside the box to achieve your goals and succeed as a progressive Sales Executive.


Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Deliver high‑quality sales service to prospective purchasers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Meet and exceed sales targets.

- Work weekends, both Saturdays and Sundays.

- Play an active role in community engagement during house viewings and events.


Required Experience & Skills

- Experience in new homes sales or comparable sales/customer service roles.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Confidence, charisma and creativity.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
