Lead Frontend Developer – £115,000–£120,000 Remote | Full-time | Permanent I'm working with a long-established, fast-scaling SaaS business that’s looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to join their growing engineering team. My client is investing heavily in product innovation and team expansion as they scale towards an ambitious growth target. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead the frontend function of a mission-critical enterprise platform used by major global organisations. Role: You’ll play a pivotal role as a hands-on technical leader, owning the frontend architecture and delivery across a modern, agile product environment. You’ll manage a team of four frontend engineers (across EU time zones) and work closely with the executive leadership team, including the CEO and incoming CTO. This is a role for someone who thrives in a product-focused setting—solving complex UI challenges, not building brochureware or basic web apps.
